The Practice
Flexible scheduling options are available up to the end of February 2026. There are week‑long blocks suitable for interstate travellers and single‑day placements available for Sydney residents. Opportunities span a mix of private and public hospitals, as well as private clinics throughout the Sydney metropolitan area. There are no weekend shifts or on‑call requirements, with standard working hours typically Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Services vary by site but generally encompass all imaging modalities. While interventional and subspecialty skills are welcome, they are not mandatory. Some procedural work may be required depending on the location. You can expect a varied and interesting case mix.
Eligibility
* Specialist registration with AHPRA and FRANZCR
* Sub‑specialty skillsets such as breast, MSK, Nuclear Medicine/ PET, Neuro, and Emergency are highly desirable
* General radiologists with Tier A procedural skills
* Tier B radiologists happy to undertake some Tier B or Tier A procedures and undertake some general reporting
