* We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Educator to lead our team of educators in providing high-quality early childhood education and care.
About the Role
The Senior Educator will be responsible for leading and managing their own room, developing and implementing educational programs, and collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team to achieve better outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage your own room of educators, including recruiting, selecting, and mentoring staff members.
* Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children, aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
* Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, tailored to meet the needs of all children.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and staff.

Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current State Working with Children Check.
