We are seeking compassionate, respectful nurses for casual roles in the Mandurah, Falcon, Greenfields areas. Right at Home Perth Northern Suburbs & Perth West Coast provides a range of services to support independent living in the community.

About The Role:
* Providing clinical in-home services including care planning, medication management, wound care, chronic disease management, palliative care, and diabetes management.
* Supervising non-clinical team members in the community.
* Handling intake, care planning, and reporting.
* Conducting client assessments with a focus on Consumer Directed Care.
* Coordinating quality, person-centered care tailored to client needs and funding.
* Managing documentation in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
* Qualified Enrolled Nurse
* Current AHPRA registration
* First Aid & CPR certification
* Australian Police Check
* Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Experience in community care assessment and planning
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Smart mobile device (iPhone/Android)
Preferred Skills
* Passion for high-quality, client-focused community care
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in teams
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
* Residing in Western Australia is required
