* We are seeking a consultant to join our dynamic team based at Northampton General Hospital.
This full-time position involves providing specialized care in head and neck oncology. The successful candidate will maintain high-quality patient care through diagnosis and management of complex cancer cases. They must have the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of patients' progress, including test results and treatment plans;
* Participate in regular audits to ensure that clinical practices are up-to-date with best evidence-based guidelines;
