Business Operations Specialist
The role of Business Operations Specialist plays a vital part in the success of our organisation. You will support the Associate Director, Delivery, and broader team to ensure high-level execution of financial oversight, performance tracking, and strategic reporting.
You will lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative culture to deliver quality support across multiple areas. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring financial performance across the delivery team, ensuring budgets, procurement, and reporting are effectively managed and aligned with strategic priorities.
* Supporting service delivery operations by maintaining dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and delivering meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
* Partnering with delivery teams to ensure alignment with the service catalogue and strategic objectives, and sourcing accurate information to support reporting.
This is a full-time position located at the Callaghan Campus. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's success.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing meaningful reports that support high-level decision-making.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and source critical information.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Experience supporting IT Program, Project and Service Delivery in a complex environment.
* Proficiency in tools such as TechOne, ServiceNOW PPM, Jira, and Confluence is highly regarded.
