Our organization is seeking a highly organized and efficient Part Time Event Coordinator to join our team.
About this Opportunity
* Provide administrative support to the Events Manager for student-focused programs
* Assist with event bump in and out, liaising with key stakeholders, ordering equipment and operational assistance
* Assist with events, functions and other activities within the Events department portfolio
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative support to the Events Manager
* Assisting with event coordination and delivery
* Liaising with stakeholders and ordering equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Completed or undertaking tertiary studies in sport, events, leisure or related area
* Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven computer proficiency especially within Microsoft 365
* Driver's License
