The Role
As an Analyst – Transactions & Investments, you'll gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle: from sourcing and structuring new deals through to investment performance analysis. Working closely with the Transactions and Investment teams, you'll play a critical role in shaping decisions that drive portfolio growth and returns.
* Supporting the sourcing, analysis, and execution of acquisitions and development opportunities.
* Building and stress-testing detailed investment and development feasibility models.
* Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
* Preparing and presenting investment papers, submissions, and performance reports.
* Assisting with due diligence across acquisitions and transactions.
* Monitoring and forecasting the performance of investments and funds under management.
* Liaising with internal stakeholders, external advisors, capital partners, and agents.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants exposure to both front-end transactions and investment management. Ideally, you will have:
* 2-5 years' experience in property, corporate finance, funds management, law, engineering, or a related field.
* Strong financial modelling skills (Excel whiz) and confidence in cashflow analysis.
* Exposure to acquisitions, property development, or investment structuring.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to distil complex ideas clearly.
* A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to find opportunities and deliver outcomes.
