The Sales Coordinator role is perfect for someone who is recently graduated with a Sales & Marketing degree or is new to the Sales Industry!
Position Summary:
- Assist the sales and marketing team in securing new group, catering and marketing opportunities
- Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements
- Assist with photo shoots and brand activations
- Coordinate site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion, ensuring travellers relax for a greater travel experience
- Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by creating classic and timeless experiences with each customer experience
- Develop sales negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
- Assist the team in delivering successful and integrated marketing activities
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
- Act as an ambassador and promote awareness of the Four Points by Sheraton
