We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join Bravas, our shared services group. Bravas provides centralised support across the group, partnering closely with Arteva Funding and Hunter Premium Funding to deliver technology, process, and organisational initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring change is well planned, clearly communicated, and successfully embedded into day-to-day operations.
Role Purpose
The Change Manager is responsible for planning, designing, and delivering end-to-end change strategies that support transformation initiatives delivered through Bravas for Arteva Funding and Hunter Premium Funding.
Working closely with project teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts across the group, the Change Manager ensures employees are prepared, supported, and confident in adopting new systems, processes, and ways of working. The role focuses on practical adoption, strong engagement, and sustainable outcomes that deliver real value for each business.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning
* Develop and deliver change management strategies for group-wide and business-specific initiatives
* Define change scope, approach, risks, dependencies, and success measures
* Align change activities with project and program delivery timelines
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
* Partner with leaders and teams across Bravas, Arteva Funding, and Hunter Premium Funding
* Identify impacted stakeholder groups and tailor engagement approaches accordingly
* Design and deliver clear, practical communications outlining impacts, benefits, and expectations
Impact Assessment & Readiness
* Assess people, process, and capability impacts across multiple business entities
* Conduct readiness reviews and recommend actions to support successful adoption
* Support leaders in preparing their teams for change and managing risk
Training & Capability Uplift
* Develop and coordinate training plans, materials, and support resources
* Deliver or coordinate training sessions and hands-on support where required
* Ensure teams across the group feel confident using new systems and processes
Adoption Monitoring & Reporting
* Track adoption, training completion, and behavioural change indicators
* Provide clear reporting and insights to governance forums and sponsors
* Support benefits realisation and post-implementation reinforcement
Change Governance & Continuous Improvement
* Contribute to project governance and escalate risks where required
* Promote consistent change practices across Bravas and the wider group
* Capture lessons learned and support the uplift of change capability across the organisation
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in change management, organisational transformation, or similar roles
* Experience supporting technology, digital, or process change initiatives in complex environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple business units
* Experience applying structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)
* Ability to assess impacts, risks, and readiness across diverse teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical, people-focused mindset
* Comfortable working in PMO, Agile, or hybrid delivery environments (desirable)
* A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the confidence to influence at all levels
