We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to operate plant and undertake construction duties in relation to our infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery such as bobcats, loaders, and trucks, as well as carrying out maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
About the Job
* This is a permanent full-time position, working 85 hours over a nine day fortnight.
You must have demonstrated experience in operating plant equipment, along with strong construction and maintenance skills. You will also need a current MR class driver's license and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate plant equipment such as bobcats, loaders, and trucks.
* Carry out maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
* Undertake labouring tasks as required.
About You
* Demonstrated experience in operation of plant items used by Council (such as bobcat, loader, truck, backhoe etc).
* Demonstrated experience and ability in construction and/or maintenance activities.
* 'MR' class driver's licence.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
