This is a position for an experienced recruitment consultant who also has the ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters with focus on the tech recruitment sector. The position is full-time.
Responsibilities:
Taking job briefs from clients
Creating advertising material specific to the role
Interviewing job seekers
Maintaining robust relationships & rapport with existing clients
Responsible for the full recruitment process from hiring planning to sourcing to selection and day one readiness
Leading and managing a team of recruiters
Providing recruitment and labour-hire solutions to clients
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years' recruitment experience
Ability to lead and manage a recruitment team
Experience working in agency or large internal recruitment setting
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Solutions orientated approach
Salary: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
