As a dedicated retail professional, you will have the opportunity to work with our collaborative team as an Assistant Store Manager. Based in Caboolture, this role involves working closely with colleagues and customers to drive sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer interaction and relationship building face-to-face, by email and over the phone
* Leading and participating in training and personal development sessions
* Assisting with the development of rosters and training programs
* Assisting with general store management activities
* Designing and selling of products
* Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
* Commitment to continual growth, learning & training
* Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
About You
* Essential: Ability to coach and develop teams
* Essential: Computer and data entry skills
* Essential: Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets
* Essential: Desire to learn products and industry
* Essential: Availability to work one to two Saturdays per month
* Desirable: Experience in retail management or solid leadership skills
* Desirable: Experience in building industry or manufacturing
