Frontline Care Specialist Role
The Frontline Care Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care and support to residents, focusing on nutrition and dining to enhance their overall quality of life.
1. Assist in the preparation, presentation, and serving of resident meals.
2. Support residents with meal selection and timing preferences.
3. Prepare and set up dining areas to meet individual needs.
4. Actively engage with residents for social and emotional support during mealtimes.
5. Maintain accurate nutrition and diet information.

Requirements:
