 
        
        Overview
Executive Assistant (Grade 2), Intensive Care Unit – Permanent Full Time (48 hours per fortnight).
Key Responsibilities 
- Provide high-level administrative support to ICU Specialists, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Maintain confidential medical and administrative records in line with privacy standards.
- Prepare reports, agendas, and meeting minutes as required.
- Manage office systems, supplies, financial processes, and invoice handling.
- Coordinate staff rosters, leave, locum cover, and timesheets.
- Support course administration and reimbursement processes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and manage ICU-specific IT and electronic medical records systems.

About the Facility
Major sites include University Hospital Geelong, the McKellar Centre precinct, Barwon Health North, and residential aged care facilities. Mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.
About The Role
The role provides administrative support and secretarial duties to the Director of Intensive Care, ICU Specialists, and ICU Medical Staff.
