Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager
Job Description:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing a team and overseeing all work activities related to product reception, assembly, loading, and delivery. This is a full-time position with a Monday-to-Friday afternoon shift.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Maintain equipment service schedules to ensure optimal performance.
* Coach, mentor, and execute performance management as required.
* Control and reduce warehouse expenses by minimizing damages, wastage, and overtime.
* Liaise with the Operations Manager regarding labour requirements and work process changes.
* Promote safe working procedures and ensure policies are implemented and adhered to.

Additional Information:
1. Current forklift license is essential.
2. Proven experience in warehousing and distribution management and inventory control is required.
3. Exceptional time management and communication skills are necessary.
4. Computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems, is expected.
5. Experience managing rosters and resources within budget constraints is preferred.
6. An understanding of HACCP, WHS, and HR is essential.
7. Able to provide leadership and motivation to a team.
