We are seeking a dedicated Student Support Specialist to enhance our team and deliver outstanding customer service to our diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities
* Offer comprehensive support to international students, addressing academic, administrative, and personal needs.
* Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and empathetic support.
* Assist students in doubts or enquiries related to their visa process, even when this has been finalised.
* Organise and facilitate orientation at any time.
* Serve as a liaison between students and agents, ensuring clear and timely communication.
* Track student progress and provide guidance and resources to enhance their overall experience.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Administration etc.
* Prior experience in student support or customer service.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
