About the Role
Civeo Australia offers cooking positions ranging from Line Chefs, Sous Chefs to Executive Chefs. Opportunities are available at remote Accommodation Villages at Narrabri and Boggabri in the Gunnedah Basin in Regional NSW, approximately a 6‐hour drive from Sydney.
As a Civeo Chef, you will assist the kitchen team in bulk preparation and cooking for various meals and functions during your swing, taking pride in providing excellent service to guests. The village hosts 500 to 600 people and your passion and experience with bulk cooking will be highly valued.
These are permanent full‐time positions on a two‐week on, one‐week off roster (10.5‐hour days).

Qualifications
* Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or validated equivalent)
* Experience in high‐volume, fast‐paced kitchens
* Competence in bulk/batch cooking across all service offerings
* Remote work experience (highly regarded)
* Demonstrated teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work day and/or night shifts as required
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical, including alcohol and drug screening
* National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
* Exceptional communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Strong team player who can adapt and work well under pressure
* Current driver's licence
