**Your new company**
Our client is a very close-knit Public Practice Accounting firm based on the northern end of the Gold Coast. They pride themselves on providing quality services to all their clients. A need has arisen for an experienced Administrator to jump into the role with a can-do attitude to assist their team of accountants and liaise directly with clients.
**Your new role**
Your new role is full-time and will see you providing excellent customer service and administration assistance to the Directors and senior Accountants alongside reception duties. Duties involve:
- Preparing general correspondence
- Data entry - income tax returns, BAS, IAS
- Reception - taking calls, greeting clients and managing appointments
- Lodgements for the ATO
- Preparing invoices
- Maintaining the client database
- ASIC compliance
- Aiding the Accounting team as required
- General administrative duties as required such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, collating and binding
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Recent office experience with working in an accounting firm as desirable but not completely essential
- Recent receptionist experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills - essential
- Attention to detail & pride in appearance
- Can-do attitude and desire to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
