Your mindset of continuous learning, collaboration, and influence will be critical to your success. Responsibilities Collaborate with functional teams to implement solutions. Provide platform expertise to project teams. Guide on Salesforce security, integration, and data migration best practices; own the end-to-end technical solution. Ensure technical governance across CRM solutions. Assess and improve Salesforce application efficiency to meet business requirements. Design provisioning solutions and understand CRM interactions with provisioning layers. Support high-availability Salesforce applications with strong problem-solving skills. Coordinate with technical resources inside and outside Telstra. Monitor software configuration, development, and testing processes. Maintain high coding standards and quality deliverables. Train and guide team members on core capabilities and documentation. Essential Skills Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce technology, including: Developing solutions on the Salesforce platform. Configuring SFDC Apex classes, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, workflows. Understanding web architecture, SaaS, multi-tenancy, and application servers. Integrating with SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, web services, data loaders. Strong foundation in APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, SQL, and system analysis. Design review and end-to-end responsibility. Certifications are highly desirable. Knowledge of cloud architectures and SFDX. Vlocity CPQ Expertise Experience with OmniScript, DataRaptor, Calculation Procedures, Integration Procedures, Vlocity Actions. Configuring Vlocity CPQ for products, promotions, discounts, pricing, quotes, rules. Familiarity with digital commerce APIs and troubleshooting product catalog issues. Experience with Vlocity package deployment and upgrades. Data migration to Salesforce using Vlocity tools. Highly Desirable Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of XML, JSON, Java, HTML5, JQuery, web technologies. Development, debugging, and tuning skills. Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
