Job Description:
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing strategy to drive brand equity and communities. This role will shape and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy across digital, retail, and customer experience touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a comprehensive regional marketing strategy that aligns with global objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate the brand experience across every touchpoint
* Drive long-term growth by attracting new customers, deepening loyalty, and increasing revenue
* Work in close partnership with the global marketing office to ensure local market strategy is both attuned and aligned
Requirements:
* Bold, commercially-minded, and brand-led marketing leader with proven senior leadership or executive roles within a corporate or agency environment
* Proven track record of driving brand performance with purpose and precision through data and insights led approach
* Confident, contemporary, and culturally attuned leader who can pair strategic vision with hands-on approach
* Able to lead through influence and build strong internal and external relationships
