ROLE: The relevant role is an office based Contract Administrator position which involves working across multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities will include: Preparing and submitting documentation to secure approvals Conducting on-site inspections with trades Coordinating and negotiating trade pricing for projects Developing detailed cost reports Assist with tendering and procurements RERQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will be able to: Contract Administrating experience delivering D&C Fitout and Refurbishment projects Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication skills Procore, Jonas Premier software experience ideally Unlimited Australian working rights Interested?
