Planning and Coordination Role
This is a planning and coordination role that involves scheduling support workers and coordinating in-home care services across multiple regions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising and managing rosters in line with Award regulations and company processes, ensuring the best match between client needs and worker skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Optimise and manage rosters in line with Award regulations and company rostering processes.
* Respond to last-minute changes, using problem-solving and influencing skills to minimise disruption.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment in scheduling outcomes.
* Communicate directly with customers to confirm changes, resolve concerns, and maintain a strong customer service experience.
* Use data and capacity planning tools to reduce non-billable hours, unnecessary travel, and support long-term efficiency.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling/logistics methodology across multiple locations in a service delivery environment.
- Strong phone manner and ability to remain calm and professional at all times.
- Positive attitude and customer service focus.
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
- Demonstrated experience with engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
- Previous experience with Skedulo or other rostering systems an advantage.
