About the Role
Seeking an enthusiastic Service Receptionist to join our busy Toyota Service Department in Warwick Farm on a full-time basis.
About the opportunity
This role will serve as the first point of contact for customers, coordinating vehicle service bookings and delivering a smooth, professional experience from arrival through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
* Greeting and welcoming customers upon arrival
* Assisting new and existing clients with service-related enquiries
* Booking vehicles for servicing and recalls using ERA and Excel
* Providing general administrative support to the service team
About you
Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:
* Previous reception experience (preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
* The ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform effectively under pressure
