The Role:
As Head Chef, you’ll lead a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, delivering an exciting Italian-inspired menu that caters to both à la carte dining and large-scale events. You’ll bring expertise in pizza-making alongside broader Italian cuisine, ensuring that every dish—from a perfectly blistered pizza to a beautifully plated pasta—is consistently top-notch.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and inspire a tight, talented team in a dynamic, high-energy kitchen.
* Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and top-tier food quality.
* Execute and refine our Karen Martini-curated menu, balancing tradition with innovation.
* Manage high-volume output—our kitchen is pumping food all day long for both à la carte service and major events.
* Maintain consistency, efficiency, and kitchen hygiene standards.
* Train and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative, supportive team culture.
A Bit About You:
* A proven leader with experience as a Head Chef or senior Sous Chef.
* A pizza pro—fermentation, hydration, dough stretching, and firing pizzas are second nature.
* Passionate about Italian cuisine, fresh ingredients, and seasonal menus.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, keeping a cool head under pressure.
* Committed to quality, consistency, and efficiency—you know how to push out serious numbers without compromising on flavor.
