Make a Difference Where it Starts: Early Learning Centre Administrator


Are you a highly organized professional with a heart for community and a knack for seamless administration? We are looking for a dedicated Centre Administrator to be the operational heartbeat of our government-owned Early Learning Centre in Victoria.

In this role, you aren't just processing paperwork; you are the first friendly face families meet and the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring our educators can focus on what they do best: nurturing the next generation.


The Role at a Glance


As the primary point of contact for our centre, you will balance high-level financial administration with warm, people-focused service. From navigating Child Care Subsidies (CCS) to ensuring our facility is stocked and safe, your work ensures a premium experience for every child and parent.


Key Responsibilities

* The Family Journey: Act as the face of the centre-conducting tours, managing enrolments, and guiding new families through a smooth orientation.
* Systems & Tech: Maintain precise records using industry software (Salesforce, Qikkids) and manage daily attendance data.
* Financial Stewardship: Take the lead on CCS processing, fee management, and ensuring total financial compliance.
* Operational Excellence: Support the leadership team with staff rostering, payroll processing, and managing facility maintenance/supplies.
* Compliance Champion: Uphold the highest standards of safety and regulation in line with National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards.
