About The Role
Following our recent major dealer appointment of JCB, our Heavy Equipment team continues to expand, creating an exciting opportunity for a National Service Coordinator to join our coordination team.
In this pivotal role, you will deliver national product support by coordinating mechanical services, repairs, preventative maintenance and regulatory inspection works across our customer base. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position where no two days are the same, offering genuine long-term career progression within a growing division.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and scheduled inspections
* Prepare and convert service & repair quotations
* Interpret and order parts while estimating labour requirements
* Provide regular and timely updates to customers on job status and progress
* Follow up quotations and negotiate positive outcomes to drive maintenance activity
* Work collaboratively with technicians, parts teams and internal stakeholders
* Support service department growth through proactive customer engagement

About You
* Experience in a customer-focused, maintenance scheduling or service coordination role
* Experience within a dealership or similar environment highly regarded
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
* Strong communication skills with confidence handling crucial conversations
* High level administrative skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Strong organisational skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
