We're growing our service team and are looking for a highly
organised Workshop Coordinator to support our technicians, improve
workflow, and help deliver a great customer experience.
This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, communication, and
keeping a busy workshop running smoothly. Experience in mechanical,
agricultural, automotive or trade-based industries is highly valued — but not
essential if you're sharp and willing to learn.
What We're Looking For
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication — phone, walk-ins, and tech-to-admin.
• Confident with scheduling and keeping track of moving parts.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Previous experience in automotive, ag, machinery, or similar admin
roles is ideal.
• Ability to work well with a team and keep everyone on the same page.
• Tech-friendly — confident using computers and workshop/job card
systems.
