Aussie Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Educator to join our team at our Bibra Lake, WA 6163 childcare centre. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the care and education of young children in a supportive and nurturing environment.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the planning and implementation of age-appropriate educational programs and activities
* Providing a safe, stimulating and caring environment for children
* Participating in the observation and documentation of children\'s development and learning
* Actively engaging with children to support their social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth
* Maintaining positive relationships with families and collaborating with the wider team
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and centre policies
What we\'re looking for
* Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification is required or willing to work towards.
* Experience working in a childcare or early learning environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Genuine passion for supporting the development of young children
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates
* Must hold a current Working with Children Check at time of application
