About Our Spa
endota Norwood is a premium, owner-operated spa specialising in massage, facials, spa packages, and a full range of beauty treatments. We offer advanced skin technologies including LED Light Therapy, Clinical Peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion, and Electro-Mesotherapy.
The spa is managed by an experienced Spa Manager and supported by a tight-knit team of skilled beauty and massage therapists. We are now looking for passionate professionals to join us on this exciting journey.
The Role
In this role, you will:
* Lead by example, delivering advanced skin, massage, and body treatments with exceptional care and professionalism.
* Identify training needs in partnership with leadership and develop engaging monthly training plans.
* Design and deliver impactful training that inspires confidence, capability, and performance.
* Share expert knowledge of endota products and services, enabling therapists to confidently recommend treatments and personalised care plans.
* Collaborate with the Spa Manager to set goals, track performance, and support therapist development.
* Foster a highly engaged team that consistently delivers service excellence and achieves retail targets.
* Provide balanced, constructive feedback that supports growth and accountability.
* Manage training compliance, ensuring all records are accurate and aligned with endota standards.

Your Skills & Experience
You will bring:
* A Diploma of Beauty Therapy with proven industry experience (Cert IV in Training & Assessment highly regarded).
* A natural ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams to perform at their best.
* Strong personal performance across service and retail KPIs.
* Retail sales experience with confidence in prescribing products and promoting treatments.
* Excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and a warm, authentic leadership style.
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
* Valid Australian work rights.
