Our client is a commercial construction company specialising in social infrastructure projects that make a real difference — schools, community facilities, health and civic buildings. With a strong pipeline of work across Victoria, we're looking for an up-and-coming Project Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
About the Role:
Reporting to the business owner, you'll play a key role in delivering projects from early works through to completion. You'll be supported by an experienced team while being given genuine responsibility and autonomy.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing commercial construction projects up to $10m
* Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
* Overseeing program, cost control, quality and safety
* Managing contracts, variations and reporting
* Working closely with site teams to drive successful outcomes
About You:
* 2–7 years' experience in commercial construction (CA or PM background)
* Exposure to social infrastructure projects highly regarded
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Relevant construction or project management qualification
