Key Account Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Sunshine Coast, Queensland region.
The role involves:
* Proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within your assigned territory
* Managing and growing existing customer accounts through excellent relationship building and account management
* Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
* Conducting product demos and tastings to showcase our premium wine portfolio
* Gathering market intelligence and providing feedback to inform our sales and marketing initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or a beverage buying capacity in restaurants or retail
* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing strong customer relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client needs
* A passion for the wine industry and a deep understanding of wine products and trends
