Front Desk Coordinator
The Front Desk Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This part-time position combines reception, scheduling and general administration to provide an exceptional experience for our families and team.
You will manage front office operations, respond to enquiries, support client intake, maintain accurate records, process invoicing, assist therapists with daily preparation, and help maintain a tidy and efficient work environment. You'll also support back-office administration such as managing inboxes, coordinating reports, actioning tasks in Zanda, and assisting with new client bookings and waitlists.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Experience: Previous experience in reception, medical administration or a busy client-facing role is essential.
* Communication Skills: Confident communication with a warm, friendly approach is critical.
* Organisation and Attention to Detail: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail is necessary.
* Prioritisation and Time Management: Able to juggle priorities and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
* Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems.
* Certification: Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
