We’re seeking a proactive and qualified Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our newly appointed Chief Legal Officer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and enjoys building strong working relationships across teams. You’ll play a key role in enabling our leaders to operate effectively and efficiently, while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing workplace.
What you’ll do
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, book rooms and catering, and ensure alignment with executive priorities.
- Prepare meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and documentation; attend meetings to capture actions when required.
- Support email management by prioritising, filing, and tracking follow-ups and responses.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, and conference logistics.
- Process expense claims and ensure compliance with corporate policies and deadlines.
- Assist with onboarding, event coordination, property moves, and purchase order administration.
- Maintain team documentation including org charts, distribution lists, and compliance tracking.
- Support broader team initiatives including HR admin, reporting line changes, and internal communications.
