**Opportunity**

Multiple federal roles at an APS5 level. Contract positions 12 month initial term with options to extend beyond and based in Brisbane.

The Streamline Sourcing team sits within the Procurement and Corporate Services Branch, supporting the Agency to build and maintain an agile Labour Hire workforce.

As an APS5 Workforce Procurement Officer will be responsible for workforce sourcing, which includes procurement, on-boarding and financial management of external resources (Labour Hire Workers) across the Agency. You will have well-developed communication skills, including the ability to communicate in a confidential and sensitive manner. Using your judgement you will need to have the ability to handle time-critical tasks and be required to develop and maintain relationships with managers to direct their requests for resources to the appropriate service provider.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing labour hire and workforce procurement data (from third party systems or within NDIAsystems)
- Developing and maintaining workflow processes
- Working with the business, interpreting Workforce Procurement data, designing and implementingtools and programs for enhancing scheduled and ad-hoc reporting
- Developing data visualisations for senior executives and business areas
- Providing content, advice and support for NDIA regulatory and legislative reporting requirements
- Developing a suite of corporate reporting tools to support branch reporting
- Providing support and training for ongoing system and data projects

**About you?**
- Outstanding internal and external stakeholder management
- Intermediate understanding of the MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience managing high volume requests and ability to multitask.
- Ability to remain composed in a changing, faced-paced environment.
- Previous experience using HR and/or Finance business systems.
- Understanding of procurement processes.
- Experience in the disability, aged care, health or state/federal government sector would be a bonus.

Recruitment and/or procurement experience is not necessary for this position, however is highly regarded.
