Job Description This Mobile Service Manager role is to oversee multiple OSHC services in the Gladstone Region, being supported by an existing team of a dedicated Gladstone based regional management team. Supporting the leaders and educator in 8 services, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow high-quality OSHC programs. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including 8 hours of dedicated non ‑ contact administrative time to support your success. Before School Care: 6:00am – 9:00am After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:00pm Block shifts during school holidays between 6:00am – 6:00pm Why JAG? About the role: As a Mobile Service Manager, you’ll never be bored — every day brings new experiences, different teams to support, and opportunities to make an impact across our services. You’ll travel between services, stepping in where support is needed most, leading teams, maintaining high-quality program delivery, and creating positive experiences for children, families, and educators.
