Exciting Opportunity for a Legal Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an established Insurance practice. As a Legal Assistant, you will be an integral member of the team providing administrative and ad-hoc assistance.
About the Role:
This role involves scheduling appointments, managing diaries and making travel arrangements. You will also provide client liaison services, prepare legal documents, open and close files, and handle billing and filing tasks. Additionally, you will transcribe digital dictation and assist with other administrative duties as required.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in Insurance or Litigation. You must have excellent customer service skills, be able to work autonomously and within a team, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You should also have analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and sound knowledge of Microsoft products.
