**REMUNERATION**: $71,670 - $77,102 pro-rata + superannuation (based on experience and qualifications)
**About The Role**:
Reporting to the Team Leader Student Engagement, the **Student Training Advisor **is responsible for processing enrolments and assisting students into first attendance within our Construction and Industrial portfolio of courses.
You will need to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available courses and assist students in choosing from a range of existing electives. A key part of this role is to ensure that all administration tasks are completed as per procedures set out by the Teaching Department and that all course fees are paid prior to course commencement.
To be effective in this role, you will need to have clear and effective communication skills and be able to partner effectively with a wide range of Departments and staff across the organisation. From time to time, you may be required to travel to other locations or construction sites to enrol students, so you must be flexible and willing to do this as required in the role.

- Trade qualification and/or substantial vocational experience in training and/or a Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- A current and valid drivers licence
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and be able to build work relationships with internal and external stakeholders with ease
- A broad knowledge of the Construction & Industrial Industry
- Ability to provide accurate information to employers and non-contracted students and can speak to our courses and electives with ease
- A strong attention to detail and can maintain accurate and true records
- Great judgement skills and can actively problem solve
- Motivated and driven to deliver results
- A positive 'can-do' attitude
