The Opportunity: Consultant

As a Consultant, you will operate as a core member of the delivery team, supporting Senior Management in executing projects while ensuring all activities align with the company's vision and cutting-edge philosophies.
Key Responsibilities & Project Delivery
- Project Leadership: Lead the successful delivery of single or multiple projects in close collaboration with the Senior Management Team.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate discipline‑specific activities, including project estimating, detailed cost analysis, and management plans.
- Client Management: Assist in client briefings, project delivery coordination, reporting, and tactfully communicating sensitive project information.
- Quality Assurance: Manage assigned projects efficiently, ensuring scope and detail strictly align with proposals and upholding best practice documentation.
- Business Alignment: Contribute to overall business activities, proactively manage time, and adhere to internal quality and cost‑consciousness standards.
- Compliance: Maintain thorough knowledge of company project types and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Essential Technical Skills & Experience
- Education: Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled user of relevant discipline‑specific IT software (e.g., Cost X, Expert Estimation, MS Project, Primavera P6), in addition to the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional Ambition: Desire to grow within the company, supported by student membership or professional registration with relevant bodies (e.g., Engineers Australia, AIQS, RICS).
