Insurance Estimator Supervisor Job Opportunity

The Opportunity:
As an Insurance Building Estimator/Supervisor, you will report directly to the Construction Manager and be responsible for estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs. You will also deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Trade qualified (preferably carpentry)
* Previous experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance related is preferred)
* Working knowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements
* Excellent communication and computer skills across mobile devices, repair management systems, and Microsoft Office suite of programs
* Ability to create, read, and interpret scopes of work
* Strong organisation and time-management skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
