Skills & Qualifications
* Drive and passion to succeed and to be a good role model to our Associate Consultants
* A forward thinker with the ability to problem-solve and meet the challenges we face
* Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment experience in a 360 position or a genuine interest in construction or engineering
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
