Marketing Role
This is a first-rate opportunity for an energetic marketer at the beginning or early stages of their career to join a fast-paced marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the marketing team in taking our brand and retail activity to market and achieving key business objectives and KPIs.
In this role, you will work with a team that gives you exposure to various marketing aspects, including mass retail and brand, targeted local store marketing, asset delivery across media channels such as television, radio, and digital, and image production with our own in-house photography studio. You'll be working for a business that is rapidly growing online with a footprint of 67 stores nationally.
This role is dynamic, and each day will be different as you work with a driven team who are passionate about growing the Amart brand.
Your duties will include:
* Assisting with the delivery of end-to-end campaigns to market and working with agencies and other stakeholders to ensure all advertising material is provided correctly and in a timely manner.
* Proofreading and editing content across various assets to ensure it adheres to the brand tone of voice and is executed with accuracy.
* Meeting project timelines to both internal and external deadlines.
* Supporting various marketing projects as needed, e.g., local campaigns creation, gift cards, category initiatives/product launches.
* Coordinating content/product integration across various marketing initiatives and supporting image processing.
* Compiling information for competitor and customer analysis.
* Managing marketing and media inboxes.
* Supporting communications and store support.
* Gathering data across a range of platforms for team analysis and reporting and compiling presentations for the marketing team.
* Supporting the marketing team with preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly marketing follow-ups and communications.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone enthusiastic and willing to contribute in a team environment. You must have a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field and strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office programs.
You will be highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. You will be customer-focused and results-driven, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You'll be able to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and work collaboratively with your team and key business partners to achieve results.
