We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring timely rate changes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and intermediate level Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboarding & Administrative Support: Coordinate employee onboarding, manage office supplies, and communicate with residents.
* Car Rental Management: Ensure timely rate changes and track tolls.
* Payroll Assistance: Create placements and address payroll inquiries.
* Reimbursements & Expenses: Liaise with payroll to ensure timely recording of reimbursements and expense submissions.
* Recruitment Support: Assist the recruitment team with reference checks and onboarding documents.
Required Skills and Qualities:
