Part-time Reception and Admin role based in South Brisbane, 4hrs per day for next 3-4 months

You will be working for a thriving Construction company with major projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
**Your new role**
You will be based at the front desk managing all reception duties and providing general admin support to the wider team.
Daily duties will include:
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring rooms are set
- Liaising with building management and cleaners for facilities issues
- Maintaining registers
- Issuing access cards for new staff
- Ordering catering
- Maintaining office supplies and presentation
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrator in a corporate environment. You will be able to commence at short notice, commit to the duration of the assignment and be seeking 4hrs work per day.
