WE'RE HIRING – BAR & FRONT-OF-HOUSE STAFF
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team at Birdrock Bar & Grill, Port Macquarie's newest five-star dining location.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests across our food and beverage operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a vibrant coastal setting. You will also have the opportunity to work across all of our F&B outlets and events, including in-room dining, breakfast and conferencing and events.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
* Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring accurate and timely service
* Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the bar area
* Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-stocked bar and dining areas
* Handling cash and processing payments efficiently
* Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any guest queries or concerns
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
* A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Cocktail experience preferred, but not essential
