The role is based in Bendigo.QualificationsProven experience (typically 3+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environments.Solid abilities in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and recruitment technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of prioritising multiple tasks efficiently.Preferred Education and ExperienceA Certificate IV or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources.Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
