Job Summary
A clinical leadership role that combines senior nursing expertise with operational oversight, guiding teams to deliver evidence-based, person-centred care while strengthening quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and advanced expertise to ensure safe, evidence-based, and person-centred care.
* Monitor and contribute to clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure best practice and compliance with NDIS and regulatory requirements.
* Supervise and mentor Nurse Case Managers and Clinical Nurse Educators, fostering collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Candidates must have at least 3 years' experience in disability services or a related healthcare setting, including leadership or consultancy roles.
