Occupational Therapist (Early Intervention Focus)

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced OT who thrives in early intervention, family work, and paediatric practice. You'll work with under 20 clients, allowing time for meaningful relationships, reflection, and co-designing support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver occupational therapy services to children and young people (0–14)
* Complete functional and developmental assessments
* Collaborate with families, educators, and support teams
* Develop sensory and regulation strategies
* Document progress, outcomes, and reports in line with NDIS/clinical standards
* Contribute to service development and cross-team collaboration

You'll Bring:

* Bachelor/Master of Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
* 3+ years paediatric or early intervention experience
* Strong trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming lens
* NDIS knowledge (Improved Daily Living & functional reporting)
* Excellent time management and collaborative skills
