Founded in 1973, Reitsma is a well established and reputable commercial building company that has been operating throughout NSW. Having offices in Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong, allows us to effectively serve a wide range of clients across the region. The Company is focused on many facets of commercial construction specialising in churches, automotive facilities, aged care, community housing and education institutions.
Reitsma is currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals who are currently enrolled as third or fourth-year students of Construction Management at a University, to be based out of our Newcastle Office.
The Cadet Program is a paid two-year contract opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience and professional development within a structured program complementing their studies. It consists of 8-month rotations in the key departments of estimating, project delivery and site management.
The Reitsma Cadet program is an important part of our business.
