This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established national Horticulture Sales team and play a key role in supporting growers across WA
.
You'll work with a medium, well‑defined customer base across Horticulture Cropping, building strong B2C and B2B relationships and becoming a trusted partner in the region.
As a Territory Business Manager, you'll thrive in an autonomous role where you are the go‑to contact for local growers and distribution partners. You'll drive performance against an agreed annual sales budget, ensuring the right product mix and supply across Bayer's Crop Protection, Seed Growth and Traits portfolio.
Ideally based in South‑Western WA, you'll manage a diverse territory spanning all major WA horticultural growing regions — including Northern regions of Carnarvon and Broome. You'll enjoy the variety, the travel, and the chance to build meaningful relationships across WA's vibrant horticulture sector.
Approximately 60% of your week is spent on the road, meeting growers and reseller partners. No two days are the same — you'll be out in the field solving problems, supporting your customers, and driving growth across your network.
Do something that moves you
* Engage and promote Bayer Crop Science products, to increase demand and strategically achieve targets and market share growth.
* Maintain an appropriate level of technical knowledge, to enable you to confidently translate technical product information into commercial benefits for customers.
* Organise and establish appropriate field activities to promote products through demonstration plots, trials, grower field days and grower meetings.
* Forecast stock allocation, control, and distribution timelines for customers.
* Accurately produce sales forecasting, sales reports and updates to management.
Does this sound like you?
* Proven Agriculture sales experience, with a strong record of growing accounts.
* Experience & knowledge of fruit & vegetable crops, including technical experience in Crop Protection
* A genuine passion for engaging with customers and providing product recommendations.
* Be IT literate, with confidence navigating Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM databases.
* Strong business acumen, including the ability to produce accurate sales forecasting and business reporting.
* Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills, with the desire to build long-lasting & meaningful relationships with key growers, distribution and colleagues.
* Excellent time management skills.
