Key Responsibilities :
* Deliver first and second level technical support via phone and online channels.
* Provide on-site and desk-side support to our valued clients.
* Manage incidents at both levels, demonstrating strong troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience Required:
* Minimum 2-3 years of IT desktop support experience in Windows environments.
* Familiarity with server support, particularly Windows 2012-2019.
* Solid understanding of computer, network, and internet technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet and VMWare.
* Certification in Microsoft or Cisco or highly desirable.
